Yuna’s music video for her cover of Nirvana’s “Come As You Are” premiered today on VEVO. For Yuna, the choice to cover such a legendary song was a no-brainer. “I started listening to a lot of Nirvana’s songs again and I had ‘Come As You Are’ on repeat,” she says. “For some reason I got really inspired and started covering that song at my shows. It was a perfect song because I connected to it; it has a lot to say about identity and cheering on individuality. I had it recorded, had my band-mates from Malaysia help me out with the production, and I put it out on YouTube to share with everyone.”
